3. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made-to-order and are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because products are made specifically for each order, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, artwork, customization details and shipping information before completing an order.

4. Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

7. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

We are not responsible for typographical, pricing or product-description errors.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can proceed into production.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and other applicable fees.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, orders may be sent to production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to make a correction or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

We can try to make corrections or cancel an order within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship orders within 2–5 business days from the day the order was placed.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, decoration method, order quantity, destination and other circumstances.

Shipping fees will be displayed or included in your order confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

We ship to locations where a valid delivery address is available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and the applicable tracking information has been issued, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to the customer as described in our applicable shipping policy.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refunds / Returns Policy.

Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind or providing incorrect order information.
